Terms of engagement
These terms govern use of mentisharvest.click and the planning engagements offered by Mentis Harvest Financial Planning Co., Ltd. (“the desk”, “we”). The desk is established in 2016 and sits at Tambon Taba, Amphoe Tak Bai, Narathiwat 96110. By using the site or asking for a sitting, you accept these terms. If you are writing on behalf of a household, you confirm that you may share the details you send.
The service
We prepare long-term savings-goal plans: conversations and written maps about money a household intends to set aside for a named purpose. A sitting covers the scope described on the relevant sitting page and in the written fee note we send before work begins. Securities orders, insurance policies, tax returns, and land registration remain with the banks, insurers, revenue office, and land office the household chooses.
Fees and the website
Figures on the fees page are invitations to inquire, expressed in Thai baht. The Long Horizon Plan is confirmed in a written quote after intake. The site displays those figures for reading. Payment is arranged with the desk after confirmation, at the office or by transfer to the account named in that confirmation. A deposit, where it applies, is part of the fee. Cancellation and return of money are described in the refund notice.
Your records
You decide which papers to show us. You confirm that you have the right to share them. We read them for the sitting you booked. Please send totals, dates, and fee notices rather than secret access details for a bank. If a message includes such details, we delete them from the correspondence where we can do so safely.
Appointments
A date is held when we confirm it in writing, and, for the Long Horizon Plan, when any required deposit is received. Please arrive at the booked time. If you are delayed, call 073581230. Our hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 16:30. We may refuse a sitting, before it starts, where the request falls outside savings-goal planning or where the book is already full, and we will say so plainly.
Intellectual property
The text, layout, and illustrations on this site belong to Mentis Harvest Financial Planning Co., Ltd. unless a note says otherwise. You may read them and share a link. You may not copy the site into another commercial page. The written map prepared for your household is yours to use inside that household. Our working method, blank forms, and the wording of our standard fee notes stay with the desk. You may quote your own map to a bank or a relative.
Liability
A savings map records goals, dates, and contributions based on what you tell us and the papers you provide. It is guidance for setting money aside. A seller, a school, a wage, or a harvest may later differ from those figures. To the extent Thai law allows, our responsibility for a paid engagement is limited to the fee you paid for that engagement. Liability that Thai law keeps in place stays in place, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Site content
We take care with the pages on mentisharvest.click. Field notes describe situations drawn from the desk’s work. The written fee note for your household is the document that applies to your sitting. If a page and that note ever disagree, the fee note prevails.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. The courts of Thailand have jurisdiction over disputes arising from the site or from a sitting, without prejudice to any mandatory protection you have as a consumer under Thai law.
