What a sitting costs, said before you travel.
Fees are for planning conversations and written maps. After you write to us, we confirm the fee and the date in a note you can keep. You pay at the office, or by transfer to the account named in that note.

Why the long map is quoted, not printed as one number
A household with one clear goal and a passbook already in order is a smaller piece of work than three goals and a shoebox. After a short intake we send a written fee. Most Long Horizon Plans for a single household fall between 12,000 and 18,000 THB. Travel is not added inside Amphoe Tak Bai. A sitting by call, for someone in a nearby amphoe who cannot come to Taba, uses the same fee.
Holding a date
For the Long Horizon Plan we ask for a deposit of thirty percent to hold the opening sitting. The deposit is part of the fee, not an extra charge. Shorter sittings are paid in full on the day, and the date is held once you have confirmed it in writing. Cancellations and returns of money are set out on the refund page.
If your records turn out to be thinner than the intake suggested, we say so before the mapping sitting and adjust the quote downward when the work is genuinely smaller. We do not invent a second fee for the same map.
