How household records are kept

Mentis Harvest Financial Planning Co., Ltd., at Tambon Taba, Amphoe Tak Bai, Narathiwat 96110, is the data controller for personal information collected through mentisharvest.click and through planning sittings. This notice explains what we collect, why, how long we keep it, and the rights you can exercise under Thailand’s Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562.

What we collect

From the contact form: your name, email address, the sitting you select, an optional preferred date, an optional description of the goal, and the message you write. From a sitting: the household details you choose to share, such as income notes, school invoices, and the names of people a goal is meant to support. We also keep our own notes of the conversation and a copy of any map if you ask us to retain one for a yearly review.

Send totals and date ranges. Identity-card images and complete account numbers are unnecessary for a first note, and we delete them from correspondence where we can do so safely.

Why we use it

We use contact details to reply, to propose a date, and to send a fee note. We use household records to prepare the ledger, schedule, or savings map you requested. We keep a limited copy of correspondence so we can answer a follow-up and meet ordinary accounting duties for fees received. The legal bases we rely on are steps toward a contract you asked for, performance of that planning engagement, our legitimate interest in running a small practice safely, and legal obligations where a tax or accounting rule requires a record. Where a copy of a map is kept for a future yearly review, we do so with your agreement, which you may withdraw.

Retention

Unanswered or declined inquiries are deleted within twenty-four months. Messages that become a booked sitting are kept with the engagement file. Engagement files, including fee notes, are kept for seven years after the sitting so we can answer a question about what was agreed, then destroyed. If you ask us earlier to delete notes that we are not required to keep, we will do so and confirm by email.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Staff at the desk, currently the principal planner and the clerk, can read the files they need. A bookkeeper in Thailand may see fee amounts and names where required to record income. We do not pass household budgets to schools, relatives, or lenders. If the law compels a disclosure, we will limit it to what the order requires and tell you when we are allowed to.

International transfers

Planning files are kept in Thailand. Email you exchange with info@mentisharvest.click may pass through the mail provider’s systems, which can be outside Thailand; we choose providers that undertake to protect the message in transit. Pages may request typefaces from Google’s font service, which receives the IP address and browser data usual for loading a file. We do not use that channel to send your household records. If you want a map posted abroad because you are temporarily away, tell us and we will agree the means before anything is sent.

Your rights

Subject to the Act and its exceptions, you may ask to access the personal data we hold, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to certain uses, and to receive a copy in a usable form where the law provides portability. You may withdraw consent where consent was the basis, without affecting use that was already lawful. To exercise a right, write to info@mentisharvest.click with enough detail for us to find the file. We respond within thirty days, or we tell you why we need longer. You may also complain to the Personal Data Protection Committee of Thailand.

Children

Sittings are booked by adults. A school-years plan may mention a student’s first name and school stage because the adult brought that information. We do not invite minors to write to the form on their own.

Cookies

The separate cookie note describes the choice stored in your browser. That choice stays on your device and is kept apart from household planning files.
