A planning room above a quiet lane.

Mentis Harvest Financial Planning Co., Ltd. was registered in 2016. The official name on the papers is the name on this site. The work is long-term savings-goal planning for households who want a written map in baht.

Lalita Chaiyasit, principal planner

Lalita studied accounting at Prince of Songkla University and spent the years from 2008 sitting with households in Songkhla, often after hours at an accounting office that did not itself offer savings maps. People brought school invoices and passbooks and asked a question the tax work never answered: how much can we set aside without pretending next month will look like this one?

By 2014, families from Narathiwat were asking her to travel south for the same conversation, especially when a child had several school years left or a parent was about to leave daily work. She registered the company in 2016 and opened the desk in Tambon Taba so those sittings could happen without a long bus ride.

Anan Prasert keeps the appointment book, prepares the room, and returns original papers to you at the end of a sitting. Planning conversations stay with Lalita. If you call 073581230, you will often reach Anan first.

How a sitting is run

One household is in the room. The map is drafted from records you bring, not from a template that assumes a salary paid on the first. Market weeks, boat weeks, rubber smallholding months, and wage months are all written as they are. The thin month is allowed to govern the contribution.

We speak the fee before a date is held. The written map belongs to the household to use. The desk keeps a copy only if you want a yearly review, and that copy stays in the office in Tak Bai.

What the desk cares about

  • Name the thin month honestly, even when a fuller month is more pleasant to remember.
  • Put a date on the goal so “later” cannot stretch without a decision.
  • Leave original documents in the household’s hands.
  • Say the fee in baht before anyone travels to the lane.
  • Stay a small practice. The book is not filled past the hours we can sit with care.

A short history

From 2008 to 2015 the work was informal and mostly in Songkhla: evening conversations after accounting deadlines, school-fee lists on the back of invoices, no company name. In 2016 Mentis Harvest Financial Planning Co., Ltd. was established so households in Narathiwat could book a sitting under a registered name, at a fixed address, with a fee written down. The address has remained Tambon Taba, Amphoe Tak Bai, Narathiwat 96110. The practice has not opened a second office. Growth, for this desk, has meant a fuller yearly review book, not a larger sign.

Lalita still leads every Long Horizon Plan. Ledger sittings are hers as well when the book allows; she does not hand a first conversation to someone who has not sat with the household’s papers.
